Ventilation requirements have evolved well beyond simple air extraction. The Ventilair Studio Prado is designed to address this shift by combining fresh air supply, heat recovery, and active thermal support within a decentralized, room-based system.
Unlike centralized solutions that rely on extensive ductwork, Studio Prado operates at a local level. This makes it suitable for retrofit projects, classrooms, and commercial spaces where installing a whole-building system would be impractical. It is capable of delivering a fresh air capacity of up to 300 m³/h, supporting spaces with higher ventilation demands.
At the core of the system is a counterflow heat exchanger, which transfers heat between outgoing and incoming air streams. This helps maintain indoor comfort while reducing unnecessary heat loss during ventilation. In addition to heat recovery, Studio Prado provides active thermal capability, offering a stated cooling capacity of 3.3 kW and heating capacity of 3.9 kW. Indoor air quality is supported through a multi-stage filtration system, consisting of a primary filter, an activated carbon filter, and an F7 filter. Control is handled via a smart touchscreen interface, complemented by WiFi app control through a smartphone. This allows users to adjust settings and manage operation remotely, providing flexibility without reliance on complex building management systems.
