The Tempra SELV HTP offers continuous trickle ventilation with automatic boost control triggered by humidity levels, switch live, or the built-in pullcord. The integrated humidistat ensures optimal moisture management, preventing damp and mould, while the adjustable overrun timer allows the fan to continue operating for 5 to 50 minutes after boost activation. The unit also includes a summer extract-only mode, helping maintain a cooler indoor environment during warmer months.

Designed with a SELV 24V safety system and IPX4 rating, it is suitable for installation in Zone 1 areas, including bathrooms and shower rooms.
